【数独 Pro】（以下简称“本应用”）非常重视你的隐私。本应用是一款数独游戏，首版不接入广告 SDK、第三方统计 SDK、第三方崩溃上报 SDK，也不建立自有账号系统。

一、我们是否收集个人数据

本应用不会收集、上传、出售或共享可由开发者识别你身份的个人数据。你的游戏进度、设置、记录、收藏、错题、会员权益缓存等数据主要保存在你的设备本地。

二、本地存储与 iCloud

本应用会使用本地存储保存游戏进度、设置、记录、收藏、错题、打卡、会员状态缓存等数据。如果你在系统中登录 iCloud，相关应用数据可能通过 Apple iCloud / CloudKit 在你的设备之间同步。该同步由 Apple 提供和管理，我们无法访问你的 iCloud 内容。

三、Game Center 与排行榜

当你使用 Game Center 排行榜功能时，Apple Game Center 可能处理你的 Game Center 账号、昵称、头像、排行榜成绩等信息。Game Center 由 Apple 提供，相关数据由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理。本应用仅通过 Apple 官方接口展示或提交排行榜所需成绩。

四、内购与订阅

本应用的会员订阅和买断项目通过 Apple App Store / StoreKit 完成。支付、账单、收据和 Apple ID 相关信息由 Apple 处理。我们不接触、不存储你的银行卡、支付账户或完整账单信息。本应用仅在本地保存由 Apple 验证后的会员权益状态，用于判断你是否可以使用 Pro 功能。

五、无广告、无第三方追踪

本应用不包含广告，不接入第三方广告 SDK，不使用 App Tracking Transparency 进行跨 App 或跨网站追踪，不会将你的数据用于个性化广告。

六、权限使用

本应用可能使用网络访问 Apple 服务（如 Game Center、StoreKit、iCloud 同步和 App Store 跳转），并使用本地存储保存游戏数据。除 Apple 系统服务外，首版不向第三方服务器发送你的个人数据。

七、未成年人隐私

本应用不会故意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果你认为我们无意中处理了儿童个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。

八、你的权利

你可以在设备上删除本应用，以清除本地保存的数据。若启用了 iCloud 同步，也可以在 iOS 系统设置中管理与删除对应 iCloud 数据。Game Center、Apple ID、购买记录等 Apple 平台数据请在 Apple 账号或系统设置中管理。

九、政策更新

如果后续版本新增广告、统计、崩溃上报、账号系统、服务器同步或其他数据处理能力，我们会更新本政策，并在必要时通过 App 内提示重新征得你的同意。

Sudoku Pro values your privacy. The app is a Sudoku game. The initial release does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, third-party crash reporting SDKs, or our own account system.

1. Whether We Collect Personal Data

The app does not collect, upload, sell, or share personal data that can identify you to the developer. Your game progress, settings, records, favorites, mistakes, check-ins, and cached membership status are primarily stored on your device.

2. Local Storage and iCloud

The app uses local storage to save game progress, settings, records, favorites, mistakes, check-ins, and cached membership state. If you are signed in to iCloud, app data may sync across your own devices through Apple iCloud / CloudKit. This sync is provided and managed by Apple. We cannot access the contents of your iCloud.

3. Game Center and Leaderboards

When you use Game Center leaderboards, Apple Game Center may process your Game Center account, nickname, avatar, leaderboard scores, and related information. Game Center is provided by Apple, and Apple handles that data under its own privacy policy. The app only uses Apple's official APIs to show or submit leaderboard scores.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed through Apple App Store / StoreKit. Payment, billing, receipts, and Apple ID related information are handled by Apple. We do not access or store your bank card, payment account, or complete billing information. The app only stores locally verified membership entitlement state from Apple so it can unlock Pro features.

5. No Ads and No Third-Party Tracking

The app contains no ads, does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, does not use App Tracking Transparency for cross-app or cross-website tracking, and does not use your data for personalized advertising.

6. Permissions and System Services

The app may use network access to connect to Apple services such as Game Center, StoreKit, iCloud sync, and App Store links. It also uses local storage for game data. Other than Apple system services, the initial release does not send your personal data to third-party servers.

7. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that we have unintentionally processed children's personal information, please contact us using the email below.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can delete the app from your device to remove locally stored data. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can manage or delete related iCloud data in iOS system settings. Game Center, Apple ID, and purchase records should be managed through your Apple account or system settings.

9. Policy Updates

If a future version adds advertising, analytics, crash reporting, an account system, server sync, or other data processing capabilities, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent in the app.
